Bill Harlan is one of the founders of Qualified Creatives, a full service creative staffing and recruiting agency representing advertising, marketing, creative, and related professionals for freelance and full-time opportunities in South Florida. Originally from NJ, Bill has been recruiting, qualifying and placing creative talents in South Florida for close to 20 years. He’s a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising (class of 92) and served as Vice President and President of the Advertising Federation of Greater Fort Lauderdale.  Bill is married with one child and enjoys quality craft beers and is a big fan of Gator football… Go Gators!
